URBN Assistant Management Accountant

This position is located at Unit 3, Forli Strada, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE73HH United Kingdom

This role will be based in URBN’s Peterborough fulfilment centre, a state-of-the-art facility where technology, logistics, and precision meet to create an efficient, seamless experience for our customers. It will be reporting into the Management Accountant and will work as part of the Supply Chain Finance team to uncover insights that drive smarter decisions, identify areas for improvement, and shape the future of the business.

• Supporting with month end reconciliations and supporting with reporting. 
• Support forecasting and budget preparation including validation of volumes.
• Daily flash reporting for both EU nodes.
• Preparation of 3PL MBR reporting.
• Oversight of expenses coding.
• Oversight of PO/invoice coding.

• You will be currently studying or have plans to study relevant accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA/AAT).
• It would be ideal if you are proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly in Excel.
• You are naturally curious, data-driven, and comfortable working with large datasets to uncover trends and insights.
